Clean up Spaghetti code!

I'm suffering with the coding interactive Menu, I want the Player to play smoothly only with one hand

(ᗒᗣᗕ)՞

it took me around 2 days just to implement the Menu, and now I am more suffering to make the menu can be selected with the keyboard

so I may shift some updates into the next. Since v0.028 has bugs I want to release this version as soon as possible

• Add unseen object culling system (huge performance boost)
• Adjust scene loader order to prevent lag on loading objects (performance boost)
• Unlock FPS to 120
• Add Radial Menu in gameplay (Tab)
• Add Pose-Action Menu in gameplay (Radial Menu with 7 Poses for testing)
• Fixed Running animation may get stuck when Rank is below Shameless
• Fixed Animation may get stuck at the start of the game
• Fixed Bug for POSE button
• Improve all flowing skirts and all further costumes that have skirts maybe you can lift them, I'm learning ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )

•  rework all Idle, Walking, Sprint animation system, and add new animation
• now the Animation will relate with Ranking, Shy at first and more confidently every rank
• add the idle system if the Player was not move for a while it will play random Idle Animations
• add new costume "Sexy Police Uniform"

BUG

• if the Total EXP go beyond 500 the walking animation not working

•  Add "Formal Twintail"
• Add EXP(Excitement Point) system, for Unlocking Cloth, Action, animation, hairs, Accs
• the EXP will increase when  continues Flashing, in the next update  Risk and People around increase the rate, Day, night time affect too
